“We talk to our customers regularly. And because of that, we know that they don’t like it when someone tries to sell them something right away. In the eight years we’ve been doing this, we’ve learned to approach our customers carefully and not to force anything. It really listens closely,” Jeroen stresses. “So it was quite exciting that we recently renamed and rebranded both our web shop and our informational website.”
